Notes, tasks, opportunities and other helpful data will make it more easy to make the call a successful call instead of just wasting time while searching for the data of the caller or letting the caller spell his name and address. All calls are tracked in the call history in the cloud and at the contacts in Bitrix24.
Various reports help you to understand the telephony usage in your company and to detect any problems, i.e. on which time of day do the customers have to wait too long until the call is picked up.
CallerIDs are looked up in spam number directories and can be rejected automatically when PhoneMondo detects that the call is potential spam.
Basic version of PhoneMondo is free (max. 1 user and 3 monitored phone lines/numbers, call history only 30 days, max. 100 contacts stored). For additional storage, all add-ons included and more users/lines, the PhoneMondo Professional subscription is necessary. It starts at 14,90€ (+ VAT of your country) per month.
